A mouse was spotted in my garage yesterday. My main problem is I run a home daycare, and can't just leave traps & poison out because we go through the garage to get to the backyard. Any ideas on how to catch the mice already in the garage and repell anymore mice from coming in?  
 
One idea that I found in a house hold solutions book was to get a shampoo container, poke holes in it with a nail, fill it full of moth balls and put the lid back on. That way, the moth balls aren't loose for kids to find, but you still have the scent that mice don't like.  
 
Anybody else have some little tricks?
