water well

hi. just wondering what if there are any plummers out there that do well repairs.i am thinking the screen on the footvalve is getting plugged with buildup. the pump can't build enough pressure to trip the shut off switch.have a new pump so that is not the problem the pump is under the house(crallspace no basement)and the hose runs through a 4 in pipe into the well outside the house. whoever installed it put a 90 degree bend in the pipe so it is not as simple as just pulling the pipe. will have to go down the well to disconnect the pipe from the 90 degree angle. well crib is a 36 in culvert and only about 15 to 20 ft deep.if any one can help. thanks. i may have to adjust the pressure switch to a lower pressure setting for now.
