Does anybody know of a business or even someone who can repair treadmills? It's a Horizon CT5.3.  
 
I bought one from someone off here but when I plugged it in, it didn't work! I couldn't get them to give my money back either so I'm hoping I can just get it to work! My mistake. Never doing that again!  
 
A&L get active fix treadmills but only the brands & makes they sell. I've googled the troubleshooting for this model but it wasn't helpful either. I've tried asking a few appliance repair shops as well but it seems they only specialize in household appliances.  
 
The problem is, when I plug it in and the power switch on the base is turned on, no power at all. No lights, no numbers, nothing happens. Please help!

Did you try it in another plug in. Or can you test the outlet you are using. Plug could be dead

Do you have the magnet on for the safety off? Mine did that when my kids lost the magnet. I went to princess auto, bought a new magnet, works like new now
