We are in the beginning process of putting a RTM on a yardsite. I am looking for the plumbing, electrical, and basement costs for a house approx. 1500 sq ft on a full basement. Thanks

Basement 45-50,000 including floor. Plumbing 10-20,000 pending natural gas, infloor heat etc. Electrical 7-10,000 pending distance from service etc.  
 
Joist sprayfoam, beams, etc. $4000  
 
Parge $2500  
 

We don't have access to natural gas and the power is all right there. Thanks for your response

If you are able to slow down and not have a fixed deadline for having things done you can really benefit. Time gives you a chance to shop around for just about everything involved, and sometimes contractors have slack times where quotes get much more reasonable for everything. Don't let contractors do your contracting for you. By making contact with different contractors you can sometimes work with people who are willing to work with you. Much of what you want is being bundled as single jobs, once again shop around and have patience.
