Has anyone heard of the underground home on the edge of the Assiniboine River Valley north of Virden?  
I've heard that it's beautiful and I'm looking for examples of this type of earth sheltered homes locally to tour in an effort to sell the concept to my wife.  
I know the concept is sound but for my wife seeing is believing!  
Any information about this home or any other one of this style would be greatly appreciated.  
 
 

I have not seen the pictures of those kind of houses yet so I might have better feeling after finding out what do you exactly mean. But the concept of living underground after working whole day in the office already does not appeal to me, even if it is beautiful house. I have a large window in my office facing outside, but sometimes I feel that I miss many nice things when my whole day is spent in a small part of a building.  
I leave living underground for 100 years from now! Lol.

Pictures I've seen of this type of home are earth sheltered on the north and almost all glass on the south side!

lived in the area my whole life and no idea who's home you are speaking of. I feel out of the loop.  
I am going to ask my parents tomorrow. they are in 70's I am in my 40's.
