We are looking to purchase a new stove, fridge and dishwasher. We are looking for reliable, quality appliances and would like some input! Any recommendations or warnings?! Thanks.

i would suggest home depot.  
they have different appliances and their is an expert there that can give you more info.  
I guess they have major appliances on sales now.

Recently purchased a new dish washer. I shopped around and for what I was looking for all the retailers were very close in price and available product.  
I chose kullbergs. Service, free delivery price.  
You get what you pay for so choose wisely.

I am more specifically looking for brands and models that people are happy or displeased with.

We have had good luck with our Frigidaire appliances, but one thing I would say about them is that it is better to go with the higher end models. We have had less expensive Frigidaire models, and they ended up needing to repaired or replaced very quickly. Our higher end stuff that we have now is great though.  
 
When we were first married, we had to replace our stove, and couldn't afford much, so went with a very inexpensive stove from Home Depot, and it was great. I can't remember the brand though.  
 
We prefer to shop at Kullberg's now, as they have great service, knowledgeable staff, and have free delivery.  
 
I have heard good things about Samsung and Electrolux appliances from others. Not brands that I would think of or equate with home appliances after being used to the old faithful names like Maytag, Frigidaire, etc. but apparently they are well liked, and I'm hearing more and more negative things about those names that most are used to.

Leon's or Kullbergs both are great!  

Frigidaire gallery they have been good first time we used this brand.

We bought a Frigidaire fridge last summer, and have had to have it repaired twice already. Apparently there's a "known issue" with them, according to the repairman.  
 
I have to say, however, that the store that sold us the fridge has been stellar with their service.  
 
Honestly, I have the best luck with Kenmore, I always buy on sale (40% or more) or wait for a discontinued model. My dishwasher has been going 5 years now, with it running 2-3 times a day (we have lots of people in our house), and every Kenmore we've ever had has lasted better than the "name brand" ones we've bought.

Kenmore does not make their own appliances. They are made by a range of companies. All my kitchen appliances are Kenmore but the actual manufacturers are Frigidaire, Whirlpool and Samsung. With the exception of my microwave, I have not had any problems and we are going on 7 years. The microwave is made by Samsung and is a over the range model. It died 1 month past the warranty period but turned out to be a fairly inexpensive repair and has now gone 6 years with no issues.  
 
I have not personally had any experience with LG appliances, but I have many friends who have had nothing but problems with any LG kitchen appliance they own.

I guess I should have qualified my answer that Kenmore doesn't make their appliances, but I always seem to have a better experience with them. It could be that they cherry-pick the best manufacturers for each type of appliance?  
 
I have also heard that about LG.

We bought a Maytag front-load washer & dryer in 2010. Washer has been replaced 3X (electronics). Bought from Ashleys - totally happy w/their service but that was 6 yrs ago so can't speak for current level of service, etc.  
 
If you don't use warranty, think all give as store credit.

I have been very happy with Bosch appliances. Consumer reports show Bosch, GE and Whirlpool as the most reliable.

Our newest appliances are 14 years old - Whirlpool fridge (top freezer, no water or ice dispenser) and Maytag dishwasher and Maytag stove - no repairs yet. Bought the dishwasher and stove at Jack's Maytag and the fridge at Vern's appliances (Princess ave). I know you didn't ask about them but our washer (top load)and dryer are 20 years old - Maytag and also bought at Jack's Maytag - also no repairs yet. Of course, something will eventually need repair or replacement but have been extremely satisfied with our "old" appliances  
 

Also recommend Janelle at Leons. I've never learned so much about appliances and how they should work! Great service and personality.
