I am wondering if anyone in Brandon does Blower door tests or thermal imagery testing for residential homes in the city. Hydro does not do these enviro efficiency tests anymore and the only other option I can find is winnipeg where I cant get it done anytime soon.  
 
I have some cold zones in my house that I would like to pin point so I can prioritize and fix when it warms up.
