We have one of the shingles i:ncluded in this case, but can you tell me more about your experience? Mine are crumbling off the roof, there is nothing left of some of them.
I have the original invoice but it only has an amount for the whole job, it does not have a quantity nor an exact product we were sold.
The company that put them in refuses to return my calls for information, so I cannot get the exact name of my shingles, all I have is one of the many that have fallen off my roof with the serial code on them. I tried to use the online pictures to determine which on I have but some are so similar it is hard.
Is there anywhere else I can go for help in determining my product?
I am so disgusted with the company that did this job for me. No, they probably had no knowledge of the defective product before hand, but their utter disregard of customer service after the fact is shocking. I have always been very pleasant when I call, and never even mentioned that I had any concern over their installation, all I was trying to get was a bit of help to get the information that should have been on my invoice so I can make the claim.
Now I know who is first on my list NOT to get to do the work next time, and I take back all recommendations I have given for them over the years.
ANyone who has made this claim, please let me know if there is anything I need to be prepared for, especially if I cannot determine the exact shingle used. I would really appreciate it.
