Just wondering who you would recommend to install it.
Does anyone know the approx cost to install.

Call Kraig at Brandon Heating and Plumbing-about 3500.00 for a typical, no surprises job.

Had them do ours. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They came out did a free estimate and we were cool 2 days later.

Did ours last year Bryant dealer you want something that runs quiet and something that will last. spend your hard earned money once on quality not multiple times fixing a cheap system! Ours was in that 3200 range for a 2.5 ton system

anyone get a ductless one

we have baseboard heat so no ducts in our house and the quote I got last year was very high and was only going to cool part of the house do to locations of windows and no real central location.

I was curious other peoples ideas to solve issue. and costs for the ductless

Westside Plumbing and Heating! Very friendly staff and great service! They were recently recommended to me by a couple people to fix my central air and I am not disappointed at all that I went with them! Cost will vary on the type of system. I know they had a deal going on with central air units recently though. Good luck with whoever you choose!

We have ductless. It works well in our house because it is all open. It also has a dry setting and a heat setting. The fan really circulates the air.
Looking at some of the other posts, the cost is not that much different.

Hi if we're you I would phone and get at least three different prices . Some of the companies that were mentioned are expensive . You could save yourself hundreds of dollars by doing that .

I would definitely suggest you call Westside P&H. Ask for Kevin, he is great to deal with! The install crew they have is also fantastic, very professional and timely. Speaking from firsthand experience of course And not to mention they have a great deal on AC`s right now!

question about ductless, they work quite well unfortunately one room is quite cool and the balance of the home is so so

easy fix is to get those window insert fans that will exhaust/intake air . that way you can draw air into the bedrooms from the cooler parts of the home, then install ceiling fans to drive that air onto the bed area. you'll be covering up before the night is over.

multi head ductless split

You can purchase multihead ductless split units that will serve more than one room (up to four) I believe. Call Brandon heating and plumbing and they will be able to get you a price on any type of air-conditioning equipment for any situation.They also have real refrigeration techs to service any type of units, not plumbers working on air-conditioners.
