Looking for someone to come out to our home 25 minutes south of Brandon to help make assessments on renovation needs, and possibly work as a general contactor for many jobs.  
Interested to know about asbestos in a 100 year old house, reinforcing foundation of porch and small addition, sagging floor in upper level area over the kitchen, and more.  
Individual recommendations, and ideas of your own, are great!

you have any contractor come out you need to have a designer and structural engineer look things over to assess the issues and produce drawings for the addition design and structural repairs you mention. Then a contractor gets involved to price and complete the repairs and addition. In my estimation you are skipping a couple steps. Especially in a 100 year old house.

Get a GC who leads you in the right direction and works with you to get the steps done right. kcandb.ca
