That only company that I'm aware of that does jacking like that is Mudruckers out of the Winnipeg. Pretty sure they'll come to Brandon, however.
You could try concrete contractors locally, however, and see what they have to say. Victor Rochelle did work for us (not jacking but other concrete work) and we were very pleased with him. It might be worth having him come and take a look.
