I have a sewer smell coming from 2 bathrooms and the kitchen sink (not all of the time but occasionally). The stack is clear, the sink and toilet traps are not dry and the plumbing in the crawl space is in good working order. Any ideas eBrandon?

I had my kitchen dink stinking gross and the nasement bathroom. Turned out the trees rooting in the sewer line. Had to spend $280.

I hate those kitchen dinks hehe  
 
I'm not sure of the criteria but the city reimburses us when this happens. Might want to ask about?

suffered with this issue. thought it was many things turned out to be the wax seal was not good. we replaced it at a cost of under $10 ourselves and solved the issue.  
 
we had already tore holes in the wall and searched the stack for issues.  
 
I hope its as easy as that for you.  
 
now our stack had a problem years before and we did have to replace a piece of it. it was put in original to house in 65 and had a crack we could see. but the second time was the wax seal

I have had problems in past with roots from city boulevard trees the city reimburses you when you take your receipts from plumber down civic complex east on richmond

I had a terrible, but intermittent, stench in a house I owned, and the plumber found a crack in the stack. It took removal of the bathroom vanity and the drywall, but the fix was well worth it.
