Having a hard time trying to think of what to get our daycare workers for Christmas. We have a fairly large centre so approx 20 workers. Nut free! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

How about some nice coffee for the break room? Coffee culture, forbidden flavours or chez Angela I think all sell ground coffee for at home.  
 
Or maybe a sandwich platter one day for their lunches? Bennys does a great tray up!

when I worked in daycare I enjoyed getting handmade Christmas ornaments from the kids. I still have some I put up when I have my tree. homemade stuff by the kids is always a hit!

These people spend day in and out doing crafts with your littles, they do now want more handmade stuff to either store or throw out. They love and provide for your kiddos but probably do not want to take homemade trinkets when they most likely already have their own kids crafts that they feel guilty throwing out.  
Stick with consumables. Or better yet, ask the daycare board if they can email parents and ask them to contribute to “party fund” for a Christmas party for staff or for them to purchase a luxury item for the daycare (maybe a luxury coffee/espresso machine?). $10-20 from each family would go a lot farther as a lump sum than random kids crafts or a small gift card here and there.  
Just my opinion! I so appreciate our daycare workers and agree they deserve way more than most, but Christmas is an expensive time for all families! Give what you can

Anything is appreciated. I love when a family brings in lunch for us or snacks tho it can be tricky with allergies. Whatever it is we just appreciate the thought that went into it!
