Pink Eye Help!!

My 4 year old daughter has caught pink eye twice in the last 2 months. Does anyone know if there is any way to prevent pink eye? She goes to a daycare centre every day and they are very vigilant when they see a child has yucky eyes, but they are contagious before they show symptoms. HELP!
