Height Predictor ages 2-8 / Growth Charts?

I'm not to sure how accurate these things are, but it's kinda neat and worth a try!

Also how many people believe in the baby growth percentile charts? If your kids are grown now did it prov accurate? If your child was in the 20th percentile as a baby are they still? What is your experience... accurate or not?
