Don't some parent care about the safety of the children

Every day I have to drive past a school zone when the kids are getting out of school. In front of the school there is no stopping signs and down farther there is no parking signs. Every day when I pass this area I could count up to 8 to 12 cars parked in these areas to pick up the kids.
They put no stopping up for a reason, this is so when people are driving past the school they can see these kids. many times kids are running between cars and out into traffic and you can't see them. They are happy that school is out for the day and alot don't even look to see if any cars are coming. This is why it says no stopping so people can see these kids and have time to stop. In this area I don't even drive over 15 kph so if one runs out you have time to stop.
If you care for your kid and other DON'T STOP there.
