What age should WESTMAN schools start SEX ED?

Alfie Patten is a proud new dad. Just like any father he's anxious about the future? How will he pay for stuff, will he be a good dad? Like millions around the world, he is a teenage dad.......and he just had his 13th birthday. His girlfriend Chantelle Steadman gave birth to 7lb 3oz Maisie Roxanne four days ago.
Britain’s youngest known father is Sean Stewart, who became a dad at 12 when the girl next door, 15-year-old Emma Webster, gave birth in Sharnbrook, Bedford, in 1998.
What is amazing is some parents think 16 is too young for teacher to discuss sex at school, while others think it should NEVER be discussed. Our question is what age should WESTMAN school be talking about SEX?
