I have a quick question, Needs answering fast. My daughters father is now telling me (literally rite now lol) that I should start giving him money to cover travel costs to and from Winnipeg to visit his Daughter (meika). He says that if I don't, the lawyers will go ahead and take it off my child support? I know that is true if I move away, but it was him who moved.. he is wanting me to bring him $40.00 when I go pick up Meika from his mothers where he stayed with her. Legal Aid is not open today or I would phone, And I don't have time to search through all the websites on child support.... Does anyone know how this works? Should I bring him the money? Is he even telling me the truth? I was sure this only applied if it was me who moved away?
