Bored Mom and Baby!

i am a stay at home mom of a 5 month old boy and i am going insane with boredom. i go to babysteps but i am wondering if there are more groups for parents of infants that i could participate in! My son loves other babies and it would be nice to just get out with other moms since few of my friends have children! any suggestions for playgroups or otherwise?
