Hypothetical situation:  
 
You live in Brandon, in a nice house, with a big, fenced-in yard. You mow your grass, you take out your garbage, you maintain you property and know that it "should" be relatively safe for your little ones (let's go with 2yrs.+) to play.  
 
Now, it's dinner time on a beautiful July afternoon and you've got a 3yo. and a 5yo. that really, really want to play outside...but you've got to make dinner.  
 
Are you going to make them stay inside while Mommy cooks supper, or are you going to let them play outside in the yard (fenced-in yard...not on the street)?
