making some money

I wanted to get some information on what age a child has to be to be able to work legally in Manitoba.
We have the babysitting covered and paper routes, but most time babysitting is not consistent and the pay can be 'just not worth it'
We would be interested in employment with places like McDonalds or Tims.
Anything other ideas would be appreciated too.
