I was just wondering what the laws are for home day cares when the care giver takes a day off. Do I still have to pay this person as I will have to find child care elsewhere for that day for my child? I understand that if I decide not to bring my child on any given day that I still have to pay her, I am just wanting to know what happens when this person takes the day off.
