After looking at my livingroom, kitchen, and bathroom, I have decided I am on strike! LOL!  
 
I try so hard to have my kids keep the house tidy, especially after I've worked for hours making it so clean that you could eat off the floor. Somehow they manage to clutter it up.  
 
I get on them about walking to the garbage can and depositing their trash into it. What really gets me is when they open something in the kitchen and leave the wrapper on the counter or kitchen table. The garbage can is five feet away!  
 
My other huge pet peeve is when they walk through the house with their shoes/sandals on. I absolutely hate a dirty floor. Especially when I can feel the grains of sand/dirt when I walk across it barefoot.  
 
How can I get through to them? I'm unemployed and love to clean but it gets so tiring. It's the little things that drive me banana sandwich.  
 
So, I'm on strike....at least for another hour or so (I can't handle the mess so I'll clean it up!) LOL!
