HELP... day camps/babysitter/anything??

My son has been in Alberta with his Dad for a month... I didn't enroll him in the YMCA day camp program ahead of time because I didn't know for sure when he was coming home.
Now that I know (he's back on the 5th), I tried to get him into the Y camp for the second and third week in August but they are full. Does anyone know of any programs or the best way to find a babysitter? Everyone I know works full time like I do and unfortunately family can't help out this time like they have in the past.
