Nursery school in North Hill Area

Hi! I am working on a project for my ECE level III and was wanting to get some opinions regarding a nursery school (preschool) in the North hill area. There isn't much in this area but it is largely expanding. However, most daycares and jobs are in other areas of the city, would it be too difficult for drop off and pick ups? The traffic can also get pretty backed up, what do you think? Thanks for any input!
