What questions do YOU ask??

I was just wondering what kind of questions do you all ask as a parent when looking for childcare, especially when looking at in-home, private day cares that don't need to go through licencing. I hope your concerns are as strong as mine to pass on some questions to eachother because of the "not up to par" people that think they can take on the resposibility of other peoples children regardless if they themselves have issues.
The first DEMAND for me would be to look at a child abuse regisrty, and criminal record check. If they can't provide me with both of those, then... SEE YA!! ALSO, if I could, i would make them take a drug test too! I do NOT need any potheads, or crackheads, etc taking care of my kids when i'm at work trying to provide the best life for them!!!!
