Are preschool's needed anymore?

I remember when I was younger and my mom stayed home just like many others. My friends and I would go to nursery school or preschool as it's also known for socialization and educational skills needed to start kindergarten. In today's world there are many parents who have to work full time and are paying full time daycare and do not have the extra money or time to take their kids to nursery school. I was hoping to open up some kind of daycare but the governemnt makes it very difficult. I have been considering a nursery school but am wondering if there's too many out there already (first friends, brandon nursery, nightingale nest,wee wisdom,345, creative kids, B.U jr. kinder, early learners, preschool enrichment, beginnings...sorry if I've missed any) I am thinking that parents are needing full-time care rather than nursery school's, what are you thoughts?
