FEVER: when to worry?

My daughter is 10 months old and has no teeth yet... So i'm wondering if she simply has a fever due to teething. But when is it time to go see a doctor..She's had it for the last 2 days and we keep breaking it with advil/tylenol. Just wondering when you as a parent starts to worry about a fever? Oh and I should also mention that she's lost her appetite for most foods, but most of the day (when she's up and she's been sleeping A LOT more than normal, she's happy) Thanks for any help
