what to do with a 21 month old and 3 year old and a chilly day today

Hi i have a 21 month old and a 3 year was wanting to get them out of the house and do something for a bit thought of the souris scarecrow days but not sure if theyre old enough to enjoy it yet just wondered if there was anything else to do with them that is cheap and fun for the kids to do just to spend some family time together here in brandon
