I am trying to make the decision on what to do with my son when i go back to work. I was wondering what would be better . . . Daycare Centres . . . where sometime i know they can be overrun with children.There is no t.v, scheduled outdoor play, It is a 8-1 ratio, and alot of scheduled activities, monitored lunches, but from experience in working at a daycare centre i also know unless your one of the "active" kids you sometime forget the quieter ones. Stay at home Mom or Private Daycare . . . i like the idea that my son would be in a home enviroment, meals wouldnt be as scheduled, if there are other kids in the home are they favored? Sometimes the caregiver can get caught up in their own lives, tv, phone etc. Just wondering what you think . . . what would you do or suggest.
