A gentleman usually gets a gal flowers out of the blue just for fun...Does he not think after 9 months of sickness, body stretching, and labour hell that his woman deserves a little pick me up?? (And if you're a woman and you think its a dumb idea, you're likely just bitter because you did not get one... and yes, I'm in that category too). Haha
But darn right any lady who went through hell to bring a baby here from Heaven deserves a little something special. You're an ass if you think otherwise. What did you do, fella? 30 minutes of fun in the bedroom? If it's a financial concern write her a sweet, sincere poem, give her a ticket book of massages from yourself, plan a day where you pamper her OR splurge and buy the ring, flowers or day at the spa. She will appreciate your recognition. " |

"your an ass if you think otherwise" hmmmm?
My goodness, GROW UP little girl! Once you become a Mom, it should be all about your precious new baby, what a wonderful gift to each other. It is time to become a grownup! The gifts are in the love and support as you co-parent. A nap, dishes being done, help around the house and with baby, taking the other children out for some precious Daddy time. Those are the gifts that count. Just out of curiousity what would you expect for a gift anyway? The one thing that might come to mind is if Daddy bought a little gift for the baby, not for you!
