The one area that could use definite improvement was the coach, as a day we were there it was quite crowded and not enough room for everyone's coats and boots but then that's a minor inconvenience. We got there bright and early as soon as it opened the kids never stopped running till lunchtime they had a blast. Then we all had lunch there and the food was surprisingly very good and wasn't priced out of this world either. We will definitely be taking them back there sometime but I'm not too sure about the drop and go. " |

I was starting to think I must have really low standards in the cleanliness department !! Lol. We go there fairly often and while I'm sure it's not always as clean as it could be, it's not so disgustingly dirty that I worry about it. It's a public place where kids are involved so it's never going to always be clean. We've been there while the girls were cleaning too. I do wish they'd wipe down the structure a bit more though. I've worked in daycare centres and it's no more dirtier than those so maybe I'm just immune to the "dirty" factor

it's no different to me than the play places at fast food restaurants. A few years ago, yes it was dirty!! I think they've improved though
As for drop and go....I think they could improve on this and have the staff a little more hands on. If your child is older, than I wouldn't be as worried but a young child I'd worry a bit. Heck, even some parents that ARE there don't watch their children and allow them to hit other children even though they saw me address the situation and speak to their child.....I'm not sure a staff member would have seen this aggressive child and your child could have been his target.
