But i`d say its not about him not wanting to be a dad, but both of them wanting him to be present at the birth of their child, and to support the mom through labour and delivery.
Try find a sitter in Brandon, ask everyone reliable you know. Our sitter fell through for our last birth and we had to get his male friends wife to babysit for us during delivery. It was hard for me since I did not know her that well, but she had a home daycare so was trustworthy. It can be stressful, but do what you have to do, dont be shy to ask for help with sitters. I was induced also and it took 2 days, so dad would be with the other kids while nothing exciting was going on lol
