is there any new or upcoming events and Activities for kids in brandon and surrounding area, movies and arcades seem to be not much of an interest much anymore for our kids. painting classes for kids or anything similar?

Funtime Pottery has classes or at least they used to, my niece loved it!

Of things to do at the COB Youth Centre at the A.R. Mcdermid Bldg. You can find more information at brandonyouth.ca . Their February Calendar can be found here: http://brandonyouth.ca/images/pdf/Feb_Calendar_2017.pdf . For instance fun time pottery will be at Youth February 28th, at no cost.

Oak Lake Winter Festival

Oak Lake is holding a winter festival this Sunday, February 26. So much to see and do: Pancake breakfast, music by Prairie Joe, family movie, skating games, public skate (helmets required under 18), milk jug curling (must bring clean shoes and a broom), snow shoeing, three man snow shoe race, bonfire, turkey toss. You can email the contact on the poster for more information.

I was in at Michael's recently and they have $2 kid crafts on Saturday and will also be running through spring break
