Guy was passed out in a car in the parking lot and had a rifle, taser, baton and ammunition in the vehicle. He also had cocaine and meth on him.

He was passed out, with all that weaponry there could have been a real disaster. "Thank you" to whomever called the cops, and "thank you" to BPS.
