Not talking about bringing an elephant, crocodile, or lion here. Thank you!
I am not forcing people to have treats for pets I was only asking if,where, how one can know where to go for example there is some sort of sign on the property to know.
Some parents will share and eat kids's halloween treats with a couple with a pet will not be the intention to eat the pet's treat.
It is just enjoying a halloween night. " |

Dressing up your pet, dog or otherwise, isn't done because they "like" it but because you enjoy it. Your pet isn't going to care about trick or treating. As much as your dog is a part of your family he/she is still not a child or person and you can't expect others to treat them as such. Why not dress your dog up and answer the door with it when trick or treaters come by? You'll have the experience of people oohing and ahhing over your pet's costume and you won't be bothering others by going to their door expecting a treat for your pup.
I'm a side note from that, most cheap grocery store brands are ridiculously horrible for your pet, and people won't be buying the expensive healthy treats to give to a strangers pet, so basically even if you do find people who want to hand out treats for pets, you'll be getting yourself a bag of some really unhealthy and potential illness causing treats.
