Ask your landlord...

See what the landlord use to tame the stench of cat. Oh, that's right... Paint and pulling carpets! When the people living in the apartment can finally notice the smell of cat pi$$, it's usually too late to sprinkle vinegar or spray anything that's sold in stores. It saturates/permeates into everything over a short time. This is why most landlords hate cats! Myself included.
Just do what everyone else does... Take whatever you can air-out, free-breeze and wash when you move out without notice. You've already lost the deposit, do everyone else the building the favor and get the hell out! That would best for everyone. The mistake is already done by bringing in that "pi$$ puss" and the only way to resolve it is getting rid of that cat, taking everything out, washing and airing out the apartment (hopefully that's it, but I doubt that will be the case). Then, bringing all the cleaned/replaced contents back in. Save yourself the work, because you'll probably do a crappy job in cleaning and doing it right. Move out, and learn from what happened and why it happened. The landlord will be angry from what happened, no matter what, so why delay it? I'm already pi$$ed (no pun intended)with you two for what's done and I'm not even your landlord. Pack up your stinky stuff and scurry off into the darkness of night.
God! Do I ever hate pets in rentals!
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
