Wondering about any GPS collars or units that can be used for a dog. Ours is getting up in age and gets off track once in a while and don't really want to tie her up. Not looking for anything crazy expensive. Seen some online , but they need different sim cards etc.

Only be good if the dog does not go more than 100 feet away from your tracking device

is not GPS as it is Mesh Network location. The more people using Tile the better, as it will automatically link to the app of any device to update location. This relies heavily on other users devices. Same with TrackR. We looked into these for same purpose. If you purchase these devices beware that it may take mins to weeks to track an item.
