property tax increse/rentals

This is so hard for landlords to pass on. I for one don't raise the rent yearly as I feel its not fair to them. We made a deal at the beginning and I like to stick to it. However with taxes going up yearly and rental properties not being allowed the rebate what is one to do. I think we should all ask why each property does not receive the rebate regardless if its the main residence. This would help keep rent lower and more stable!
