I believe I had heard back in April that Businesses would no longer be charging an environmental bottle levy (2cents per bottle). I know it has been put in place by a lot of retailers. However I came across a business who still charges the environmental levy. Does anyone know if this is a regulation or up to the business if they wish to charge the consumer?
