Oh man where to start? who to call?

Saturday our bengal cat got spring fever, (Even though hes spayed) and jumped outta my kitchen window it happened once last year about the same time but he stayed in the yard he's a house cat. This time he's gone. We live on 100 block of 2nd, If someone found him would he go to the city or the humane society, where do i call?
Oh and if anyone found him 730-0304. thanks.
