Anyone missing a cow?

Because one literally just ran by my office on Victoria. I waved. She didn't wave back. Perhaps that's because police were chasing her down the street. I've never seen police with their lights flashing, pursuing a cow down the middle of a busy city street. Now I've seen everything, I can die a happy man.
