How are things going out there? What do you think? Are the bands what you wanted to see? Overall thoughts?

Overally sure I haven't gone however I do live in minnedosa and was actually telling my fiance last night that Friday you could hear the music and people screaming but last night was super quiet but it rained a few times during the day for a hour so I was telling her the bands must have got scared and took off lol.but other than that have heard a few sirens heading out that way. You might have to wait until everyone gets back in order to hear from them.

Ok was just wondering what everyone thought of this years line up? Seems like it rains a bit at all the outdoor concerts Dauphin as well. I thought about going but it seems like I’ve seen most of those bands there thrree or four times . I’m sure it’s still a good time.

Sirens Friday night may have been for the tubers who got stranded on the river. Heard on the news the next day they were reported missing and police, fire and emergency crews located them (this was around 10 p.m.).

It's been a great weekend so far and tonight will be a great capper!! Yes, some bands have been here before, and many times: but they still out on a terrific show each time. The Headpins have a new lead singer and though she stumbled a bit on the oft played "Just One more Time", she still rocked it: even when singing Raise A Little Hell with Trooper. Three Days Grace was fantastic as always. Buckcherry seemed to go by pretty fast, but they rocked the place!! Tonight is Honeymoon Suite, Kim Mitchell and Burton Cummings. Simply perfect!!

Couldn’t make it to his performance yesterday. Always been a huge fan. Know that he sang all the hits. How was it?

You missed a hell of a show!! Burton Cummings has still got it!! Well, he can't hit the high notes anymore and it showed at times. Not a complaint since he still kicked butt. He did a lot of the Guess Who... excuse me.. "those other guys"... and he did a lot of his own hits as well. He even mixed in some of his personal favorites from the likes of Long John Baldry and even Buddy Holly/Rolling Stones' version of "Not Fade Away". Best...cover.. of that song... ever.  
 
The only glaring omission, and I can't blame him for this given his age and voice range, is the guess Who classic "These yes. That can get pretty high pitched. But overall a fantastic show and well worth the wait!!

This year was fantastic!! Largest crowd ever seen so far I believe. Bands were great. There was a great balance for everyone. Kudos to the fans. Sure it isn't the population of Country Fest but it is great to see people of all ages actively seeking out garbage cans for empties. Packing up all garbage was nicely packed in bags ready for pick up. I would like to see the stats over the weekend regarding drinking and driving. I have never seen such a large police presence on the weekend like that since I have been going. I hope people were responsible and kept drinking for at the site.

Love the way this festival is set up. Way better than Countryfest. Just feels not so crowded as there is a much larger area to watch the bands.  
Only thing that bothers me is the amount of portapotties lol. Need 3x as many as they have supplied. Also don’t understand why men feel the need to use them when there are long line ups of women waiting.  
 
Anyway.... great time!! Great bands!! See you next year!!

Sorry you are saying you'd rather a bunch of men whip it out in public, while drunk, and piss on any and everything?

You're the same person who would be complaining that men were pissing all over the fences and tree's when they supply porta potties...

Not saying that at all. Am saying I wish they would use the urinal buildings instead.
