Columbus Radio

As far as Brandon, I couldn't find anyone to repair my tube based mic channel strip. Everyone recommends Don Voth because he's manitoba famous and he's a genius. However, he's in serious demand and his waitlist and prices reflect the same.
I took my channel strip to Columbus Radio in Winnipeg. $60 and 24 hour turnaround time and all of a sudden a unit that was giving me trouble for years is acting like it's brand new.
To be clear, there's nothing at all wrong with Don Voth. he's the freaking man. But if you want to save some time and money, call Columbus Radio in Winnipeg. They're the best.
They charge you a $35 down payment for the quote, but then if you get them to do the work, they put that $35 into the repair, so you're only really paying that $35 if you choose to have them look at it, but then get someone else to do the work. Which is crazy, because their work is excellent.
