Fixing an Old Radio/record player

I have an old cabinet radio/record player with glass tube fuses had smoke coming from under the one tube so thinking it may be burnt out. Wondering if there is anyone who still fixes units like this!

Not totally sure it’s an old glass tube one worked fine then quit one day and I noticed it starting to smoke from the bottom side of the one fuse. Not sure what that means.

So it's an actual Vacuum Tube? If so, careful...it's high voltage.
