6 incredible hours that flew by! (My friends & I figured that if you factored out the changes between bands, you still got over four solid hours of entertainment!) Trapt put on a good show (boo to anyone who didn't think they were worth showing up on time for!) Nikki played with Sixx AM (how anyone could've doubted he'd be playing is beyond me!) and they were fantastic! I hope that James Michael and DJ Ashba get something going on their own, they're phenomenal talents! I'm not a Papa Roach fan, but I was entertained while they were on. I'm DEFINITELY not a Buck Cherry fan, but I was on my feet for their whole set. And the reason for being there? Crue put on one helluva show as usual, but my biggest disappointment was NO DRUM SOLO!!!! WTF????? It was a short set (at 1.5 hours!) without a lot of their fans' favourite classics, but I noticed more that they only played two songs from SOLA, and there's a good 2 or 3 more they could've played. The video montage during the encore (Home Sweet Home) took me back over the last 20-some years of their careers (not to mention my life!) All in all, we definitely got our money's worth!
