vintage stereo amp repair

I have a vintage tube amp (Armaco) that I've had it for over 20 years and it was re-tubed and restored by Columbus Radio in Winnipeg. In it's glory it sounds rich and warm and makes my record collection sing.
But alas, the time has come that it needs some new love. White noise crackling out of one channel, slight hum in the background, takes a while to warm up. Still sounds good, but there's just something that needs to be looked at. New tubes? New components? A good cleaning?
Is there anyone in Brandon that can handle such a job?
