Cool "NEW" Tune

There is a really cool Nickelback song for you party people out there called "THIS AFTERNOON". Lyrics are funny but unfortunately (to some) refer a fair bit to pot/booze but if you don't take that too seriously, I think you will like the tune! Check it out, I thought maybe a few ebrandon suggestions for songs that are great but not yet played/overplayed on the radio would be a cool topic. Please post your favorite "New" songs that aren't on the radio yet.
