Indie music has became huge in the last few years here in Canada, artists like Feist, Metric (oddly enough Emily Haines of Metric also used to be in the same band as Feist.. Broken Social scene.. another big indie supergroup), the Stills and DJ Champion have all become huge in the music scene.
