Going to a concert by yourself

Has anyone ever gone to a big concert by themselves? Did you enjoy yourself??
Any tips on how to make the best of it?
I would like to go with someone, but the concert sold out fast, it's coming up soon, and I grabbed one ticket, I really want to see this show!
Anybody have words to offer?
